I agree that some in the media have been unfairly and distastefully attacking Palin's family. At the same time, I, perhaps cynically, believe that the McCain campaign is pushing Palin's daughter and boyfriend into the media spotlight to continue to take the focus of the media away from the issues, which McCain is losing badly on if you believe the polls.
